How to play

1. Put any number from 1 to 9 in the empty space.
2. Put a number from 1 to 9 in each of the rows, columns, and blocks surrounded by a thick frame.
   
3. Make sure all rows, columns, and blocks are valid siteswaps in the direction of the arrow.
